Gillian and Rob’s New York City Elopement!

I don’t often get to photograph ceremonies in Madison Square Park so I was particularly excited for Rob and Gillian’s wedding!  They came all the way from to be married by the wonderful Rev. Annie Lawrence.  I met Gillian at the hotel and was glad I did – they had amazing New York Knicks jerseys made to commemorate their day!  That’s pretty amazing!

I walked along with the bride to the park where she met her fiancé.  Along with Reverend Annie, the couple were married with the beautiful Flatiron Building in the background on a crisp and sunny winter day.  We immediately went to the amazing Eataly for a coffee and donut.  From there we took the subway up to Grand Central Terminal for a little photo session throughout the terminal and subway station.  By now Gillian and Rob were really getting into it!!!  We ultimately ended up in Times Square and the Theatre District.  What an amazing day with these guys!!!
