Jarrad and Stephane’s Same Sex NYC Wedding!

I love my couples from down under!  In this case, Jarrad and Stephane came all the way from Melbourne to have a gorgeous intimate wedding in Central Park.  With same-sex marriages now legal in NYC, it’s been great having such diverse and excited couples coming over from other countries.  These guys have been together for a long long time and decided to tie the knot with just one person (and some lucky park onlookers) by their sides!  I love it!  They even “jumped the broom,” a first for me actually believe it or not! Rev Samora Smith did a lovely job officiating their ceremony, adding her own personal style and touch to the service that took place in Shakespeare Garden.

We spent most of our short time in Central Park taking photos, hitting some nice spots such as Bethesda Terrace, The Mall, and then ultimately the fountain at The Plaza.
