Here’s a tip to help dust bite the dust! Notice little specs on your digital photos, especially those taken at f/8, f/11, f/16? That’s dust clinging to your camera sensor, a common occurrence when changing lenses, and one that requires a bit of maintenance from time to time.
Recently, I found a great product that has drastically reduced my trips to the shop for a cleaning, and one that’s super simple to use. It’s called the Firefly and it’s a “bulb blower” with an ionizing function that loosens the dust particles and blows them away at the same time. I highly recommend it for any DSLR user who changes lenses out in the field! (Bonus: The Firefly looks like a Wall-E character!)
